Gov. Andrew Cuomo kissed employee Brittany Commisso in an attempt to gain “personal sexual satisfaction,” she said in an interview Monday morning.

“These weren’t hugs he would give his mother or brother. They are hugs with the intention of deriving personal sexual satisfaction, ”Commisso, 32, said on“ CBS This Morning ”.

“It was not normal, it was not welcome and it was certainly not consensual,” she added of the incident at the Executive Mansion in Albany.

Commisso – previously identified as “No. 1 executive assistant” in Attorney General Letitia James’ scathing report accusing Cuomo of sexually harassing 11 women – last week filed a criminal complaint against the governor. Albany County Sheriff Craig Apple said on Saturday Cuomo could face “a few” misdemeanor charges.

Commisso identified herself as “Executive Assistant No. 1” for the first time in excerpts from the CBS interview published on Sunday, in which she said the governor “broke the law” by fiddling with his chest under her shirt.

“The governor must be held accountable,” she said.

“What he did to me was a crime. He broke the law.

Eleven women – including nine current and former state personnel – accused the governor of sexual assault or harassment. Cuomo has denied any wrongdoing and sent lawyers on Friday to attack the credibility of some of the accusers.
