Andrew Glennon back to Malibu?

The trial of Amber Portwood is ongoing. The mother of two was arrested on July 5 while she allegedly attacked her boyfriend alive after a verbal altercation. Portwood was ordered to stay away from Andrew Glennon, the man she attacked. Initially, she was also ordered to stay away from her one – year – old son, James, but has since received supervised visits. In addition to facing several counts, it seems that Portwood will also fight for a guard. It seems that Glennon is ready to pack in Indiana and return to California with baby James.

is
Andrew Glennon moves?

TMZ discovered court documents that were filed by Glennon last week. The father of one of them has filed his intention to move a document to the courts of Indiana. The father of one of them would intend to return to California by November 2019. The documentation does not mention the custody of James, but it is assumed that the provisions relating to the child of one year were discussed. James has been taken care of by Glennon since the arrest of Portwood in July.

Glennon noted in the documentation that he had no connection with Indiana and that he had a life in California. He also reportedly worked in the Golden State. Glennon is from California but moved to Indiana to get closer to Portwood. Portwood did not want to move at that time because of his custody agreement with Gary Shirley. Shirley is the primary caretaker of Portwood's first child, Leah.

Glennon legally take James out of the state?

the agreement has not been reached. A final call on James's placement will likely
be resolved until the other legal problems of Portwood are resolved.

In theory, Glennon could exclude James from the state if a judge accepts the move and grants Glennon the primary physical custody of the child. Portwood could, technically, fight it, but because of the accusations against it, the battle will be tough. Portwood's history of erratic behavior and mental health issues may also affect the judge's decision.

It is not yet known whether Portwood will serve a prison sentence for the domestic assault
incident. She had already served a prison sentence when she refused to enter

The incident stems from a dispute between Portwood and his then fiancé, Gary

What
does that mean for the Portwood trial?

Glennon's intention to leave Indiana seems to be a fatal blow to the couple's relationship, but that probably does not mean much to his case. Glennon, who called the police in Portwood after she allegedly attacked him with a machete, is cooperating in the case.

Now
that charges have been filed, Glennon is only required as a witness. The proof
which will be used in the case is probably already submitted. Glennon's desire to
move does not affect what is happening legally for Portwood.
