It's unclear why New York Mayor Bill de Blasio and Representative Eric Swalwell, D-Calif., Run for presidential elections in 2020, according to Andy Biggs, R-Ariz.
Blasio and Swalwell probe very low in the Democratic primary primary and demand the removal of President Trump, said Biggs Friday in "Hannity".
"These people are running – who knows why they are running," said the legislator.
"They are going to be in the debate, but good grief, you are talking about people who are just making the most outrageous statements about hypothetical statements of impeachment," he continued.

"It's absurd, it's ridiculous, and frankly, in Swalwell's case, it's actually funny."
De Blasio said in a recent interview that Congress should begin the impeachment process seriously.
"They should begin an impeachment procedure.We can no longer accept the idea of a president who openly invites any interference in our election," said de Blasio, reacting to Trump's remarks. during his interview with George Stephanopoulos, of ABC, this week.
Invited host of "Hannity", Jason Chaffetz, pointed out that Swalwell had made similar calls for an "imputation investigation".
Biggs said such circumstances show that Democrats do not have a political platform outside of anti-Trump sentiments.

"I look at the Democrats and tell them that they have no policy to follow," he said. "They do not want to control the budget, they want to shout that the president must be removed."
Chaffetz added that he thought Blasio would be better served to improve conditions for the Big Apple.
"The city is in disarray," he said.
