Animal Crossing: New Horizons has teamed up with makeup company Colourpop Cosmetics to create a line of palettes inspired by the game.
The popular simulation game for the Nintendo Switch ANimal Crossing obtains its own makeup palettes thanks to a collaboration with the makeup company ColourPop Cosmetics. This makeup line will be available in several different styles and will officially go on sale later this month. Animal crossing fans will have to act fast if they want to buy one before they sell.
Animal Crossing: New Horizon has managed to be one of the biggest video games to be released in 2020. Despite an industry packed with new and old games that have remained popular, Animal crossing was in fact the most discussed game of the last year on Twitter. Players always explore the game world, beautifying their islands to their standards, and hanging out with the adorably weird villagers who inhabit them.

ColorPop today announced on Twitter that it is releasing a new line of makeup palettes and an assortment of other products inspired by the characters from Animal Crossing: New horizons. The different palettes are inspired by Tom Nook and his sons, the two Able sisters and even Blathers, the museum curator. Players will be able to purchase the Animal crossing themed makeup starting Jan. 28 at 10 a.m. PST. It is currently unclear what the price of makeup will be or what specific items will be included with each purchase.
Once something gets as big as Animal Crossing: New horizons it is only a matter of time before massive amounts of goods begin to be manufactured. There have been all kinds of merchandise over the past year based on the game, like the Animal crossing gaming chair that Nintendo released earlier this month. While this game is well known for offering players a huge amount of customization options on their island or in-game house, these items are great in that players can gain a good flair for the real world as well.
Nintendo is quite well known for offering products based on its games, and the company has managed to make a lot of money from several of its different properties. Even late last year, Nintendo released face masks based on the popular Pokemon franchise. Animal Crossing: New horizons is quite a big name in the industry right now, so there is no doubt this makeup line will sell very well. Now everyone just has to bid until the end of the month.
