Self-esteem is incredibly important to all of us – and we love that Anstead gives it credit for its positive spirit. It’s clear that despite having a tough year, Anstead has filled his cup with other things that bring him joy: spending time with his 1 year old son Hudson, buying a new home and, most recently, sharing his new book, Build a special, with the world. Honestly, we’re not surprised to see him write this.
We are happy to see Anstead in such a great place after his public divorce. And while we’re sure Zellweger adds a lot of joy to his life, it’s nice to see that self-esteem is what’s at the center of his happiness these days.
