The next step towards crowning an undisputed heavyweight champion comes on Saturday at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London, when Anthony Joshua defends his WBA, WBO and IBF heavyweight championships against former undisputed cruiserweight king Oleksandr Usyk.

Joshua was initially scheduled to face WBC champion Tyson Fury to unify the four recognized heavyweight championships, but Fury was forced to defend his belt in a trilogy fight with Deontay Wilder instead. Joshua received no easy opponents in return, being forced to face obligatory challenger Usyk in a dangerous showdown between two of the sport’s best fighters.

Just below the mega main event, a sub-map with interesting names fills up. WBO cruiserweight champion Lawrence Okolie faces off against Dilan Prasovic in the co-main event. Okolie is undefeated after 16 professional fights. Additionally, former WBA super middleweight champion Callum Smith returns to the ring for the first time since losing the belt when he faces Lenin Castillo. And Campbell Hatton, son of legendary fighter Ricky Hatton, continues his development when he faces off against Sonni Martinez.
