Antonio Brown’s latest issue could be the result of his latest issue not being disclosed to the NFL.

While Brown has not been arrested or charged, the NFL Personal Conduct Policy imposes a broad and mandatory duty to report on any player involved in any incident that may constitute a violation of the Personal Conduct Policy.
“Failure to report an incident will be grounds for disciplinary action,” explains the league’s personal conduct policy. “This obligation to report is broader than just reporting an arrest; it requires reporting to the league any incident that comes to the attention of the club or player which, if the allegations were true, would constitute a violation of the policy. “
In other words, the fact that Brown was involved in an incident which created sufficient probable cause to arrest him for a felony imposed on Brown an obligation to notify the league, even though charges have not been made. ultimately not worn.
