One option for home COVID testing comes from LabCorp. The company has a home collection kit with a nasal swab. All you have to do is send the swab sample back to the company and they will let you know if it tests positive for COVID-19. The company notes that the average wait time for results to be approximately 1 to 2 days after the sample is returned to them. It should also be mentioned that LabCorp works 7 days a week
What makes LabCorp’s testing option so appealing is that you can use your health insurance when ordering.
