Biden has proposed a number of programs to strengthen Social Security and prevent the insolvency of the program. He ran on a platform of expanded benefits and more payroll taxes for the top earners who would pay for the program.
Meanwhile, members of the Squad swore at Rahm Emanuel, insisting that he would not be given any role in the administration.
