Apex Legends is about to launch its third season next week with a new character, Crypto, and a redesign of the rated mode of the game. But there is also a big surprise waiting for players when season 3 will be launched on October 1 : A new map, named World's Edge.
Announced in the season 3 launch trailer, the card seems to have a strong fire and ice theme, in keeping with the Meltdown season title. Since the trailer is an animated cinematic rather than a real game, it remains to be seen what the card will actually look like. However, the trailer suggests that there will be a moving train. Like all previous seasons, Meltdown will come with an all-new battle map with new skins and legendary Apex packs. According to EA, others will arrive "all season".
