Shortly after iPhone 11 event yesterday, the company released a "super" cut off of everything that they announced. By taking the two-hour event and reducing it to just over two minutes, they still manage to cover just about everything – from new iPads, to new watches, to new iPhones. And they slipped a small Easter egg inside while they were there!
Here is the video:
Spotted for the first time by Gcarsk on the subdirectory r / apple, this is a thing that runs fast. Hell, you might miss it even if you do not flashes, because only a few tenths of a second remain on the screen. I had to quickly hammer the space bar to pause the video long enough to capture the screen shot below. Images flash right after the narrator declares "the best-selling PC" at around 1:23.
The frames cast on the classic blue screen of death that you might see when something is not really going on a Windows computer, announcing that the error 09102019 (a nod to the September 10, 2019 date of the event ) happened:
See all the numbers below? If you recognize this as a binary, you will probably see where it goes. A hidden message in the hidden message!
Pop these into a binary converter in ascii, and a new piece of text is revealed. You do not feel like typing all those zeros? Here is the full text of the message:
Error 09102019
This is just a thought. But it might be interesting to have some kind of Easter egg message for the hardcore fans of Apple who will stop the video.
