Apple iPhone 11 event 2019: what to expect

That's almost the hour of the iPhone (or, as others call it, "the beginning of September"), and Apple is preparing to enter the scene on September 10 to announce the new range of iPhone 11.

Of course, Apple does not only make iPhones, so we're also waiting for news on Apple Watch, Apple TV, all the new software announced by Apple earlier this year, and maybe even one or two surprises in the form of MacBook Pro.

New iPhones

September is virtually synonymous with iPhones in the world of technology and this year is no exception. Apple is expected to announce three new iPhone models at its Tuesday event: the iPhone 11 Pro, the iPhone 11 Pro Max and the iPhone 11, replacing the iPhone XS respectively, XS Max and XR.

iPhone 11: Perhaps also called 11R (rumors go hand in hand), the XR upgrade is a little duller than the flagship line. It will have the same 6.1 inch LCD screen size and the same overall design as the model from last year with some modifications.

The big update here is a better camera. In this case, it switches from the single-lens system of the XR to a dual camera (also, unfortunately, in a giant square module) that adds optical zoom capabilities. New colors (including a green option) and the same A13 processor faster than its more expensive brothers are also expected.

Apple Watch Series 5

The Apple Watch has just undergone a major overhaul last year. The series 5 should therefore be a little less spectacular.
