Apple is closing the App Store Connect from December 23 to 27

Developers typically offer sales and promotions before the “App Store” closes for the holidays, and those sales remain available until the “App Store” reopens in late December.

While App Store submissions are not available, other tools in App Store Connect will remain available to developers throughout the holiday period.
