This week in Apple News, we heard about the future of foldable iPhones. Apparently Apple has completed durability testing on two foldable prototypes. Of course, anyone can guess if either model will reach commercial status or when it might.

• Foldable iPhones move on to the next phase: According to Daily economic news, Apple could be working on no less than two foldable iPhone prototypes. It’s possible that one of them looks like the third-party mockup above. According to EDN, both prototypes were in the durability testing phase and both were “graduated”, so to speak. We’re unlikely to see a foldable iPhone in 2021, but that confirms earlier rumors that a foldable is on the way.
• iPad Pro with Mini-LED technology scheduled for the first quarter of 2021: According to a DigiTimes report, Apple could launch a 12.9-inch iPad Pro in the coming months. This new iPad would likely be one of the first – if not the first – the company’s products to feature Mini-LED technology. • Caviar Creates $ 108,000 AirPods Max: If you weren’t already worried about the AirPods Max due to their ridiculous $ 550 price tag, could we interest you in spending over $ 100,000 more on a model dipped in gold? Caviar, an exaggerated Russian customization company, now sells AirPods Max with a “pure gold” finish. It’s unclear how heavy this will make the headphones already.
