Apple launched its 2020 Holiday Gift Guide in the US and other countries right after its Apple Silicon Mac event in November today. The launch comes a little earlier than in previous years and includes the latest versions from Apple such as the iPhone 12 line, Apple Watch Series 6 and SE, AirPods, new Apple Silicon MacBooks, accessories, and more. Apple has also shared the extended vacation return period this season.
Apple last year unboxed its holiday gift guide on November 20. This year, the 2020 vacation roundup arrived 10 days earlier just after Apple launched the all-new MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, and Mac mini.
Apple’s tagline this year is “Give Something Wonderful” and the landing page features a red banner at the top encouraging customers to “Buy early to get all your freebies in time for the holidays”. The last item likely refers to longer shipping times in the midst of the pandemic (especially as December approaches).
Apple is also emphasizing the option “Get expert help with your holiday shopping.” It also highlights free contactless shipping and 3% daily cash back with Apple Card.
As is the case with Apple, there are no discounts or offers here, but the Holiday Gift Guide is more of a “here are our latest products” approach. Aside from highlighting all of its flagships, Apple is also drawing attention to accessories and personal touches like free personalized engraving for AirPods and Apple Pencil.
Apple will often do some sort of Black Friday promotion, but it’s usually something more like getting an Apple Gift Card with a purchase rather than an initial discount.

As has become a tradition, Apple has included some fun vacation graphics. And every hero product has a slogan:
With its gift guide, Apple says its return from vacation period begins today and ends on January 8, 2021.
For eligible products received between November 10, 2020 and December 25, 2020, you have until January 8, 2021 to initiate a return.
