Apple's LG UltraFine 5K screen joins the 4K model as it is no longer available in Canada

Last month, Apple stopped selling the LG UltraFine 4K screen in Canada and now the LG UltraFine 5K screen is attached to the latter to no longer be available. The LG UltraFine was created in partnership with Apple in 2016.

Apple began selling the LG UltraFine 5K screen in December 2016; The screen initially had Wi-Fi interference problems, which Apple corrected months later. In 2017, the 5K screen was named "Best Photo Monitor" by the Technical Image Press Association.

As both screens are no longer available, this could be an additional sign that Apple will launch a new 31.6-inch 6K display, optimized by a mini LED backlight.
