A family from Houston, Texas experienced a nightmare on Wednesday night, when a masked gunman entered his house and murdered three of those present. In the middle of the shooting, one of the girls clung to her one-year-old baby brother and pretended to be dead until the perpetrator left.
With a gunshot wound to her shoulder, the 10-year-old girl locked the front door and made a FaceTime call to her grandma for help. After seeing the tragic scene, the woman called 911. The girl was taken to hospital, where once stabilized, she reported the events to the police:
At 10:30 p.m., someone knocked on the door of 12100 Fondren Road. The mother, identified as Donyavia Lagway, went to the entrance with her one year old baby in her arms. The little survivor said the perpetrator grabbed her younger brother by the hair and bold, then sit the whole family on the sofa.
