22-year-old beheaded four family members

A 22-year-old boy beheaded his father, mother and two of his sisters. The tragic event happened last Friday at dawn, when José Vicente Aguilar Manzano arrived at the family home and took advantage of the fact that everyone was asleep to start a massacre.

The victims were identified as Vicente Aguilar, 56; his wife Reina Manzano, 52, and his daughters Yenny Aguilar, 30, and María Aguilar, 20, who was pregnant.

According to local media in the city of Sanare, Venezuela, the young man grabbed a machete and beheaded them “one by one”. Investigators in the case said José confessed to killing them because “he was angry with them”.

After the massacre, the boy moved the corpses of his sisters and father to a grove, located a hundred yards from the house, put them all together, and the heads of both parents threw them diagonally over these three body ; while the mother’s body remained inside the house.

In the morning, his brother arrived at the house and after observing the scene, he ran for help. This is how a group of neighbors managed to stop José, who was trying to escape, until the police arrived.
