The report guarantees that the "capital flight financed by the IMF, in a clearly unsustainable process and who violates the principles enunciated in his own Constitution ".

The disbursements of the organization have so far amounted to $ 44,867 million, and the exit of currencies – between those of the formal system and those of speculative capitals – total $ 36.640 million.

The IMF has failed in its projections regarding the evolution of GDP, inflation, the level of interest rates and the volume of international reserves.

The GDP growth estimated by the Fund was 1.5% and it decreased by 1.3%, prefixing inflation by 17%, but it is already 54.4%.

"The same government recognizes, even before the loan is fully disbursed, that Argentina will have obvious problems to comply with commitments made in time," the report concludes.
