Parot, the Spanish series that revolves around rape and justice with its own hand

History, sometimes, strain the screen. And not because on this side we do not know what it is: on the contrary, we know who is the psychopath – among other worst names, which we will count later – who drives Isabel Mora crazy. Precisely this certainty of the enemy that surrounds the apple of the heroine – physically and emotionally – this is what makes Parot a series to watch to the end.

It will surely not remain in the history of the Diffusion like the best, far from it, but it deserves save it from the avalanche of firsts so you don’t miss it. Available from the end of May in the Amazon Prime Video catalog, this Spanish series launches headlong into fiction, from the springboard of reality.

Protagonized by Adriana ugarte, the same as The time between seams O Chopped, tells the time of Officer Isabel Mora, a strict policewoman, whose title is “The law is the law, for better or for worse”. Her colleagues see her as cold, distant, incapable of being moved, a target of charged strangers.

On this side, we know that under this rationalist human architecture hide the ruins of a life.

Isabel was raped 16 years ago And now, watching TV at home, with her daughter and mother, he drops the game he has in his hands when he sees the aristocrat Julián López de Haro, his rapist, get out of prison. Blanca Portillo, like her mother, deploys her wide range of resources, which he manages to confuse between the supposed complicity and the deep love for his daughter.

And special point for Iván Massagué, the rapist of this story, who dares to touch delicate, controversial, complex strings. And he delves so deep into shaping the sinister character that it’s hard to find the good guy in the same physique in Bubble, this passenger of The boat (2011 series, recently aired in Argentina) which had as much innocence as wisdom, all mixed up in a decimated brain.

Perhaps stretching and repetitions of situations On the way to solving the anonymous revenge case, make sure this Spanish production doesn’t hit the really good mark. But the label of good in the midst of an overpopulation of titles, all mixed up by the abundance of the offer, invites to be rescued. And recommended.
