According to PREP data, 11 of the 15 governorates in dispute were won by Morena, in Querétaro the PAN won, in Chihuahua it was won by the Go for Mexico coalition; the Green Ecologist Party was left in San Luis and Nuevo León won the post of Governor of the Citizen Movement.

In the Chamber of Deputies, there remained in Morena 121 seats, the PT and the PVE, in alliance with Morena, had respectively 32 and 31, which gives the party founded by López Obrador 184 constituencies, out of 300; thus obtaining a simple majority.

“Morena of the 300 municipalities of the country wins 121, the PT which goes into alliance with Morena 32 and the Greens which goes into alliance with Morena 31.

López Obrador assured that if a qualified majority “wanted” to carry out constitutional reforms, agreements could be made with MPs from other parties, but, he said, “it doesn’t take much. “.
