Another problem highlighted by the official is the labor reform implemented under the government of Andrés Manuel López Obrador. In this regard, he indicated that the United States will invest $ 130 million in additional technical assistance and cooperation over the next three years to collaborate with Mexico.

In addition, he announced a program to attract investment to the southern border of Mexico which includes the creation of new investments for $ 250 million by the North American government. In addition, the United States Office for International Development Finance Cooperation will issue a loan to promote the acquisition of mortgages and affordable housing, 40-50% of which will be built in the south of the country.

In addition, the United States Agency for Trade and Development (USTDA) and the Department of Commerce will organize trade and business development missions in southern Mexico, In addition, the Trade and Development Agency will provide Mexico with technical assistance for aviation regulations to improve the country’s efficiency in this area.
