Socavón in Puebla: a house that was nearby has fallen

However, he added that the situation is already urgent due to the time the dogs are without food. In addition, he explained that other teams would also come to the rescue to help with the tasks.

The URSVA member also illustrated that if he had been the victim of a fall and it was he who was stuck inside the abyss, the authorities would have done the same to try to rescue him.

All that stress came to an end on Thursday, thanks to members of State Civil Protection, removing Spay and Spike from the place. After her rescue, Puebla’s animal welfare staff performed the veterinary assessment and treatment of the two small dogs.
