A woman has died after her son left her inside the car for more than eight hours, while on his way to work at premises in Reno, Nevada, United States. As reported by the media News week, the woman was 81 years old.
The lady’s son, identified as Edouard Sibleyle told authorities that whoever visited his elderly mother during lunch hour gave her a burrito to eat and she told him she was “good”.
According to a police report published by the media KRNV-TV, Sibley and her 81-year-old mother they were homeless, lived in motels and in their cars in different parking lots in Reno since 2020.
Sibley would have left the car keys so he could turn on the air conditioning. The woman apparently did not start the car and died of dehydration from heatstroke, despite the fact that I only had a t-shirt and a diaper.
“I didn’t have a cell phone, I couldn’t walk, I couldn’t drive, and I couldn’t find shade from the heat and the sun.”they said of the police. As it happened, dSibley’s work employees noticed the woman in the parking lot and called an ambulance. Despite this, he passed away within hours.
