The mayor of Moscow, Sergei Sobyanin, announced on Thursday that a revaccination would begin in the city, to strengthen immunity against the coronavirus.

“From today, July 1, citizens can be revaccinated in one of eight healthy Moscow pavilions. In addition, on July 5, registrations for revaccination will open in 12 outpatient clinics, ”wrote the mayor of the city, Sergei Sobyanin.

As he said, you can choose from any of the vaccines registered in Russia. Currently in Moscow they have Sputnik V, two-dose, or the new Sputnik Light, which is single-dose. You can choose any of them, regardless of which one you received the first time.

“Please do not miss this opportunity to receive additional protection against the virus. It is very important to do this, because we are in the midst of the spread of the Delta variant, which causes more serious illness, ”Sobyanin stressed.

Meanwhile, Moscow is carrying out a mass vaccination, where anyone over the age of 18 can be immunized against the coronavirus at more than 119 vaccination centers.
