As every year, the portal Symonds watercolors (QS) has published its ranking of the best universities in the world (World University Rankings 2022), where the National Autonomous University of Mexico (A) is the best positioned in the country, ranking in the place 105 out of a total of 1,300 study houses, both public and private.

In the case of Mexico, 24 competing establishments in the ranking, being the best evaluated UNAM with a 58.3 overall rating. It is even the second best in Latin America, only behind the Argentine University of Buenos Aires (UBA), which is ranked 69, with a score of 67.9.
