Five prosecutors (one from the National Working Group on Gender Violence and four from the Medellín branch) participated, as well as psychologists, forensic pathologists and investigators from the CTI and the police. So far, these staff have managed to gather evidence that shows that at least six of the 22 complaints that have been filed against the subject are true.

In view of this, it has been indicated that the pseudonym ‘Manolo’ will be brought before a safeguards control judge who will charge him with the offenses of sexual abuse with a minor under the age of 14 and aggravated sexual abuse with a minor under 14 years old. years.
