Doctor stranded in Spain presented amparo to return – Summary 3

A Cordovan doctor stranded in Valencia, Spain, presented legal protection against the national state, the National Civil Aviation Administration and the airline.

The woman had traveled with her three minor children to participate in a medical event. I had a flight scheduled for last Sunday, but it was canceled.
