According to the investigation, the opinion of forensic medicine is not conclusive and is still the subject of new evidence, because according to the media, the document indicates that the cause of death of this ex-police officer is the consequence head trauma caused by a gun projectile.

“The results of the studies of atomic absorption in the hands (test to determine if the ex-man in uniform fired with a firearm) and the study of the fingerprints and ballistics of the weapons recovered at the scene are necessary to make a value judgment ”, indicates the analysis of the forensic entity obtained by the publication of Bogota.

Although on the day of the events, the police did not say whether any of the men in uniform who were watching Higuera fired his gun, the magazine obtained a video of the moments before Raúl Higuera was killed, and you can see that one of the policemen has located outside points E21 and apparently opens fire inwards.

She He added that none of these matched the gun of the police officer who allegedly fired from outside.
