Pure evil: a dog was soaked in paint and left on a lamppost

A new act of animal abuse provokes outrage at the international level after the broadcast of audiovisual material relating the ill-treatment inflicted on a small dog sprayed with spray paint and left on a pole on the public highway.

The wild act was recorded in the streets of São Paulo, Brazil, where the activist and rescuer Felipe Becari was in charge of the animal’s immediate care and recovery process.
