Woman Undressed, Enter Neighbor’s Swimming Pool, and Was Arrested | the Chronicle

A particular situation ended in the worst possible way for a woman, who decided sneak into a neighbor’s house and swim naked, But he called the police and was arrested by law enforcement.

The episode took place in the American city of Port-Charlotte (State of Florida), where the owner of the home (located on Cambridge Drive), about 69, called 911 and reported that a woman was swimming naked in his pool.

Upon arriving at the house, two officers from the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office arrested the woman for breaking into the house, however, the intruder engaged in hostile behavior against the officers, so that she se resisted his arrest, refused to dress, identified himself and tried to flee the scene. It should be noted that the woman had previously been arrested for drug possession.

The woman was later identified as Heather A. Kennedy, who lives 2 miles from the house where she broke into the pool to swim, and after her arrest was transferred to the county jail in Florida, for breaking into the pool without clothes.

Meanwhile, at the start of the year, the woman had been convicted of possession marijuana, crack pipes, morphine pills and methamphetamine.

The woman will continue her legal proceedings in prison, accused of charges of invasion of property and non-violent resistance to arrest. The woman’s next hearing is scheduled for August 4.
