August has started and with it the countdown back to class. Faced with this scenario, the various schools and educational establishments are starting to broadcast calls for scholarships and supports that meet the goal of helping students.
Therefore, the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) published the call for the Child support grant corresponding to semester 2022-1, which consists of a total amount of 3,600 pesos corresponding to the months of September, October, November and December, which will be paid into an exhibition, after the publication of the results of this call.
Although this advantage stems from a collaboration with the Secretary of Public Education (SEP), through the National Coordination of Benito Juárez Well-Being Scholarships (CNBBBJ), UNAM will be responsible for making transfers to beneficiary students.
The call indicates that the recording will start this October 8 and will be available until Tuesday, October 20, 2021 for any student enrolled in a license from the A which meets the following additional requirements:
-Have a minimum average of 8 or its equivalent, from the fifth semester.
– Coming from a household whose monthly income per capita is equal to or lower than Income poverty line (IPL).
–Have no other economic advantage.
-Make the request via the Unique system of higher education beneficiaries (SUBES), on the page https://subes.becasbenitojuarez.gob.mx/
-Fill the request via the Integral system (INTEGRA), on the page: www.integra.unam.mx.
-Have a phone number 10 digits and a personal e-mail account, in order to register it in the SUBES and INTEGRA systems.
If you are interested in this benefit and meet these general requirements, please be aware that it is only compatible with scholarships from Excellence, Training (excluding the CNBBBJ-UNAM-2021 Research Initiation Program), Professional practices, Social service, National mobility, Connectivity and tablets and Qualifications.
When duly answered, it must be print and keep the voucher issued by the application reception system, which will serve as an acknowledgment of receipt for UNAM.
Subsequently, all candidates who have fulfilled the conditions will be sent to UNAM for a first validation exercise, and in November they will be purified under the prioritization criteria, in order to confirm the registration in the Integra system.
These criteria are:
1. Be an Indigenous or Afro-Mexican woman, by self-registration.
2. Be an indigenous or Afro-Mexican man, by self-registration.
3. Being a disabled person.
4. Educational establishments located in: indigenous towns or municipalities, localities or municipalities with high or very high marginalization, or areas of priority attention.
CNBBBJ will publish the results on November 12, 2021. The folio number of the scholarship application that has fulfilled the total of the requirements established in this call will be specified.
Finally, to receive payment, the selected candidates will have to register your 18-digit CLBE BBVA in the INTEGRA system of the UNAM from November 13 to 16, 2021.
Once all these steps have been completed, and each one verified, the scholarship will be in your account in a single payment, so you will have to wait for a new call to apply again and be a beneficiary of this amount for the benefit of UNAM students.
