EU to hold talks with Taliban over fears of new migration crisis

The head of diplomacy of union European (EU), Josep Borrellsaid on Tuesday that we had to talk to the taliban since winning the war in Afghanistan, at a time of growing concern among bloc governments about a new migration crisis.
