Donald Trump criticized Joe Biden and assured that “he should not have allowed the savage attack on Kabul”

Former US President Donald Trump, who harshly criticized the handling of the crisis in Afghanistan by his successor Joe Biden, qualified as “tragedy” Thursday suicide bombings in Kabul and said such attacks “should never have been allowed”.

The jihadist group ISIS-K claimed responsibility for the murderous attack Thursday near Kabul airport during the US-led operation to evacuate civilians from Afghanistan after the Taliban seized power.

The statement only mentions a suicide bomber and an explosion. The Pentagon, however, reported two suicide bombings followed by gunfire and The United States threatened the ISIS-K group with retaliation.

The attacks left “at least” between 13 and 20 dead and 52 wounded, said to AFP the main spokesperson for the Taliban, Zabihullah Mujahid. A former Afghan government official said the death toll could reach 60 people.
