Peruvian media reported a terrible event that awakened the country. The police have just arrested Elle Salvatierra (21), mother of a 3-year-old baby, and her boyfriend, Urban Montes Pack (55), after being accused of killing the creature on September 6. Apparently the couple wanted to escape the town of Huancavelica toward Lima to “start a new life”, and as they confessed, the child was “an obstacle”.

But the plans didn’t stop there. Investigators believe the girl and her lover wanted to escape their hometown, reach Lima and from there leave for the jungle. Of course, the boy didn’t match their plans. The man allegedly convinced the woman to kill her own son since they couldn’t raise him in the jungle, and Salvatierra paid attention.

Pacco Montes Urbano recounted what happened after his arrest. The 55-year-old confessed to participating in the crime after a long time. For her part, Ela Salvatierra had no choice but to join the confession. The couple admitted to killing the boy because “it was an obstacle” for your projects. According to them they tried to sell it but without success.

It was then that they decided to get rid of it in another way. After committing the crime, they would go to the jungle and “start their lives over”. But when locals found pieces of the baby in an isolated area, their plans were reversed. The authorities, who were quick to arrive at the crime scene, managed to identify the child and only sat down to wait for the couple to arrive to begin the capture. As it happened, the child was first suffocated with a sheet and then quartered with a knife.

“I couldn’t have him. First, we smothered him with a blanket,” were Salvatierra’s cold words where he confessed to the crime.

Montes Urbano had returned to the scene of the murder to clean up all possible traces, but it was too late. There, the men in uniform were waiting for him and he was arrested. The older man has history of sexual offenses and had just been released from prison. The woman, meanwhile, was found hidden in the “Angie” hostel in Santa Anita (Lima). It is estimated that they could be sentenced to 35 years in prison or life imprisonment.
