Stretched crossing between Lacalle Pou and Díaz-Canel in CELAC

The presidents of Uruguay, Luis Lacalle Pou, and of Cuba, Miguel Diaz-Canel, were the protagonists this Saturday of a tense verbal crossing within the framework of the Summit of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (Celac), which took place in the capital of Mexico.
