The murdered young woman has been identified as Priscilla de Sousa Gonçalves, 21, assaulted in the street by her husband, who discovers her accompanied by her alleged lover. Military police had received a complaint that Priscila’s body was lying on the ground at 2:30 a.m. last Friday. Femicide was arrested some time later and transferred to the Guardia Civil police station. In addition, the weapon used by the perpetrator of the femicide was seized.
After escaping without rescue, the victim’s lover appeared before the military police, accompanied by his lawyer. The suspect was referred to the judicial police and must answer for the offense of failure to provide assistance.
Three traffic cops arrested for femicide in Santa Fe
