The United States has said it will continue to support the delivery of humanitarian aid to North Korea even if the Kim Jong-un regime is “responsible for the situation.”

The administration of the American president, Joe Biden confirmed he will continue to support humanitarian aid shipments to North Korea, although he stressed that the North Korean regime itself is “primarily responsible for the humanitarian situation in the country.”

“Even when we disagree with the (North Korean) regime in particular, We believe that we must do our best to do everything possible to alleviate the suffering of the people. (North Korean), ”State Department spokesman Ned Price said at a press conference.

In this context, he criticized the fact that it was the North Korean regime, Kim Jong-un, who “Continues to exploit its own citizens, violating their human rights, diverting the resources of the population to build their illegal program of weapons of mass destruction and ballistic missiles ”.
