The July update is now available

Microsoft announced that the July update for Xbox One is now available with several new features displayed in the latest E3, including FastStart Function, Mixer Enhancements, and Simplified Content Search

FastStart Enabled for Selected Titles

We're announcing it in E3 2018, FastStart is an innovation from the Xbox Platform team that lets you start your games twice as fast, without the need for Wait to download them completely. Here's how it works: FastStart identifies the files needed to start playing and prioritizes your download, allowing you to start playing fast with total fidelity while the rest of the title is downloaded in the background. Just search for games activated with FastStart, press "Download" and the console will take care of the rest. It's as simple as that. Besides, it's already available in some versions of selected titles from the Xbox Game Pbad catalog. Further, this feature will reach more games in other languages.

Group Your Games and Apps

With so much content available, fans have asked for more options to organize their game libraries and apps. Today, we are presenting an incredible new improvement for the Pines we call "Groups". With groups, you can create multiple collections of any content in My Games and Applications. You can also badign custom names to each group, organize and sort them, and add individual groups to the Start menu. Groups will appear in My Games and Applications, Home and Guide, so you can enter your groups at any time. But the best thing is that the groups are linked to your Xbox Live account and will be synchronized automatically via several Xbox One consoles. We started with a group that will be very familiar to you – Your pins!

More Options Search

It's never been easier to search for content! Press the Y button anywhere on the table and the search dialog box will appear, allowing you to quickly select your content, search for settings, or find items in the store. This already existed in many applications, but now you can do it anywhere on the board. You have not found enough results for your search? Press Enter or click the "More Results" button to see the full page of your search results.

Improvements in Mixer's Shared Control

We have facilitated the use of shared control on the web. First, we support full mouse and keyboard support for PC users, as well as key links for shared control.

Next, we added multi-touch support for touch devices. This allows you to use multiple controls at the same time! For example, you can control the joystick and simultaneously press A on your laptop.

Finally, we add a map per channel that highlights the viewers who contributed the most to the channel of a streamer during a control session. sharing.

Streaming to Full Screen in Mixer

Mixing streamers can now use full screen with their webcam while they broadcast. You can switch to streaming the webcam at any time.
