Judicial dismissal for a deputy of Cambiemos

The Chamber of Cbadation has revoked the exemption from imprisonment of the national deputy Aida Ayala (UCR-Cambiemos), which is the object of 39: a request for preventive detention for offenses of money laundering, conspiracy, negotiations incompatible with the public service and unlawful enrichment, in a case which investigates the renegotiation of waste collection contracts when it was intendant of the Resistance.

Judges Gustavo Hornos, Juan Carlos Gemignani and Mariano Borinsky revoked the decision of the Court of Appeal of the Resistance, which granted the prisoner exemption to the Chaco legislature.

The federal judge of Resistencia, Zunilda Niremperger, had treated him with preventive prison. However, Ayala continues to serve as a national deputy because her immunities give her the immunity of arrest. On June 5, the Interbloque Cambiemos signed a notice dismissing the immunity application that had been sent to Judge Niremperger. Kirchnerism complained of differences with the situation of Julio De Vido, who was deprived of privileges and was arrested.
