Brutal femicide: he came out of prison and killed his ex in the middle of the street – 26/11/2018

A woman was stabbed to death in the city center of the town of Aristóbulo del Valle, in Misiones, by his ex-partner, who left prison three weeks ago after serving a prison sentence for attempted feminicide and gender-based violence.

Cecilia Krojoski was 34 years old and was surprised by her ex-husband, Miguel Feldick, 36, near the Civic Center. The attack was brutal and the woman died from the deep wounds inflicted on her by the femicide.

The investigators believe that Miguel was released from prison with the idea of ​​killing his former partner. And that during all these days he was only looking for the most opportune moment.

Cecilia had denounced Feldick for a attempted homicide and spousal abuse situations. Justice at the time ordered the arrest and finally sentenced him to three years in prison.

Miguel served his sentence in the criminal unit of Oberá and was released on 5 November. Nobody expected that he could again attempt to harm the life of his ex.

The attack took place on Monday at 10 am in the street Mariano Moreno. After knocking several times, the femicide ran away and threw the knife into a weed zone.

The woman tried to run for help, but after a few meters, she collapsed on the asphalt and died before receiving medical attention. The attack took place a few meters from the municipality of Aristóbulo del Valle, a town about 150 kilometers from Posadas.

Using the data provided by the shocked witnesses, the police carried out an operational lock in the area and an hour later, seized it on the side of the national road 14.

From the family court of Aristóbulo del Valle, they stated that there was no trace of the procedure of prohibition of approximation nor any obligation on the part of the police. Some believe that Cecilia he never learned that his former partner was at liberty and on the lookout.
