Trade Union of Trade Employees has reopened its joint offices and signed 20% salary increase, paid in three installments between January and March of next year. The amount will be added to the 25% already agreed this year.

"The salary adjustment is based on the salary of March 2018 and will be phased with a 7% increase from January, 7% in February and 6% in March – not cumulative – reaching a total of 20%, "said the union led by Armando Cavalieri in a statement.

Regarding the bonus of 5,000 pesos that the CGT agrees with the businessmen and the government, its negotiations in the commercial sector will be subject to "differential treatment for SMEs, depending on the financial situation they are going through ".

In addition, in the signed agreement there was a special clause for the Province of Tierra del Fuego, at the request of the Confederation of Argentine Medium Enterprises (CAME), to evaluate the corresponding additional premises.

Market parity is the largest in the private sector, since it reaches to more than 1,200,000 employees. The agreement was signed by the union with the Argentine Confederation of Medium Enterprises (CAME); the Argentine Federation of Trade and Services Personnel (Faecys) and the Argentine Chamber of Commerce and Services (CAC).

Last June, the union was the first to finalize the revision of the collective agreement in force and then negotiated with the chambers of commerce a salary increase of 10%. which adds to the 15% signed in March. But now, this agreement was again obsolete with respect to recorded inflation and another negotiation was opened, even though the trade sector review clause was initially to be discussed in January of next year.
