The attribution of these precautionary measures, according to the IACHR, "does not constitute prejudice any violation of the protected rights of the beneficiary.

Guaidó has proclaimed Wednesday Venezuela's interim president, accusing that the United States was the first country in the world to recognize, considering Maduro as "illegitimate".
