The deaths of the explosion, which occurred when hundreds of people stole fuel in a rudimentary manner, have increased in the last few hours with the deaths of seven people in several hospitals, sources said.
They reported that of the 107 deaths, 39 were recorded in hospitals where the wounded were taken from the pipeline explosion.

Thirty-seven other wounded are being treated in hospitals in the states of Hidalgo and the Mexican capital, and three others have been sent to a dispensary in Galveston, Texas, USA.
On January 18, a group of residents of the town of Tlahuelilpan, in the central state of Hidalgo, fractured a hydrocarbon pipeline and started stealing gasoline in a very rudimentary manner.
After about two hours, and despite the presence of about 25 members of the Mexican army, who could barely control the crowd of hundreds of people who came looking for gasoline, there was a strong explosion.
The explosion took place while Mexico's new government, led by Andrés Manuel López Obrador, had decided to get rid of indiscriminate fuel theft that had resulted in economic losses in the country for years.
According to official sources, the losses amounted to 65,000 million pesos (approximately $ 3,400 million) only in 2018.
Since his arrival as President, López Obrador has launched a frontal fight against oil theft, which has posed problems of distribution and supply of fuels in ten states, where there are closed petrol stations. and purchases panicked.
In this fight, the government has strengthened the safety of pipelines with thousands of agents and transported more gasoline with pipelines (oil tankers).
