Mexican authorities have confirmed the new explosion of a pipeline containing gasoline in the Mexican state of Hidalgo. This case adds to the hundreds of gas thefts recorded in recent days.

The explosion took place on January 28 in the community of El Durazno, in the municipality of San Agustín Tlaxiaca of Hidalgo, at 21:00. Clandestine fuel consumption is commonly known as "huachicoleo".
