The court also accepted "the blocking and immobilization of bank accounts or any other financial instrument" held by the Leader of the Opposition "in Venezuelan territory"Moreno added in a brief statement to the press.
William Saab explained that these measures were part of the investigation ordered by the Supreme Court on January 23, when Guaidó self-declared, accusing him of the duties of President Nicolás Maduro.
After hearing about the measure, Guaidó said that he was not surprised by the prosecutor's decisions, considering that they were part of a chain of "threats" against him. and the majority-dominated parliament he chairs.
