The Republic of Bolivia and the crimes that the dictatorship calls Constitution

On February 7, 2009, the so-called Political Constitution of the Plurinational State was promulgated, liquidation of the Republic of Bolivia. 1.- In the so-called "Agenda of October" of Evo Morales, Carlos Mesa and others, establish as one of their goals the convening of a "constituent badembly" expressly prohibited by the Political Constitution of the State (CPE) this only allows a partial reform of the Constitution. This agenda was approved publicly a few hours after the overthrow of the constitutional president in October 2003 and constitutes evidence of conspiracy and sedition crimes.

2. – In execution of the "October Agenda", Carlos Mesa and Evo Morales approved and Mesa promulgated Law 2631 of February 20, 2004 on "Reform of the Political Constitution of Colombia". State "instituting" the Constituent Assembly "for" total reform ". of the Constitution ", committing crimes of material and ideological falsification, identity theft, violation of the Constitution, insofar as they criminalize the content of the law of necessity of reform of August 8 2002, which they could not divest.They introduce the total reform of the Constitution by means of a "constituent badembly" prohibited by the CPE itself.

3 .- Law 2631 of the constitutional reform of 2004 is null and void under the mandate of article 31 of the CPE, which teaches: "the acts of those who usurp functions that are not theirs are voidas well as the acts of those who exercise jurisdiction or power that does not emanate from the law. "But with this law, Evo Morales calls the Constituent Assembly by Law 3460 of March 6, 2006, committing the crime of using a counterfeit instrument to possess and falsify another law.

4.- Law 3460 on the convening of the Constituent Assembly established the mechanisms of organization and operation of the latter, which amounts to regulating the commission of more crimes such as l ". attribution of people's rights, omission of homework and more fakes. But this Assembly, which was supposed to produce a new constitutional text in one year, does not do it, there is popular repudiation, Evo Morales commits a mbadacre in Sucre and displaces his voter in the city of Oruro from where they send a text that does not turn out to be the scheme I wanted.

5.- This is the reason why they made the law 3941 promulgated by Morales on October 21, 2008, "interpretative" of the article 232 (already supplanted by the null constitutional reform of 2004) committing crimes of usurpation of functions, more material and ideological falsehoods, use falsified instrument with the text that says: "Once the constitutional process has been completed and the constitutional proposal has been received, which will be submitted to the consideration of the sovereign people, the National Congress of the nation will be able to make the necessary adjustments according to the will of the people and the national interest, by a special law of Congress, approved by a two-thirds majority of the votes of its current members … ".

6.- Thus, the text of the constitution of the Plurinational State It is written in a commission composed of Spanish advisers paid by the Venezuelan regime of Hugo Chávez, under Cuban supervision. With more crimes, the Congress approves the new constitution which includes a continuous re-election (expressly prohibited by the CPE) and a referendum in which they commit crimes of electoral fraud, falsification and rebadign the rights of the population.
