Hidalgo estimates that the threshold of 120 days per year for a primary residence is "too high" and bet because it is reduced to 30.

For its part, Airbnb defends itself and considers having "fulfilled its part" by informing its customers of the obligations under the law, for which it sent more than "120 000 e-mails".

In addition, they denounce the fact that the Parisian regulation is "inefficient, disproportionate and contrary to European regulations", which understands that the platform can not "constantly monitor" the activity of its users.
