ENGLAND (ed.) – The awards season has moved to the other side of the pond with the BAFTA Awards, which took place this year in London. The legendary British actress Joanna Lumley was once again host of the Sunday awards ceremony at Royal Albert Hall in the English capital.

"The Favorite" has won the most awards, with seven awards for her production, including two categories of actress Rachel Weisz and Olivia Colman and the best original screenplay, although "Rome" has received the most awards high distinction night to the best movie.

Yorgo Lanthimos's film also won Best Production Design, Best Costume, Best Hairdressers and Makers, and Best British Film Awards. "Roma" came in second with four awards, including Best Director for Alfonso Cuarón, Best Non-English Film and Best Film.

The prize of the main actor was awarded to Rami Malek for "Bohemian Rhapsody", while the favorite Mahershala Ali was congratulated for "Green Book". "Vice" surprised by the prize of the best edition, while "Infiltrated in the KKKlan" won the trophy of the best adapted scenario.
