President Donald Trump said Wednesday that dictator Chavez, Nicolás Maduro "commits a serious mistake" by blocking US humanitarian aid.

The president said it was "sad" that the oil-rich Latin American country is in "confusion" and said that WashingtonStill, he has not ruled out sending troops to the area. "We are looking at all the options," he said.
